Hey Tumblr! It’s been way too long. We’ve been so busy working and having fun in LA. Here’s our newest short.

We’ve partnered up with The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) to bring you a story about overcoming our fear of imagining who we what we can truly become. SASE is a non-profit organization aimed to support Asian heritage scientists and engineers become successful in the global business world. SASE can help you find mentors and help you realize your true potential.

Thanks for the ongoing support!

WE DID IT! Thanks to supporters like you, we were able to raise $30,000 for our next film. We were slightly worried because we had to raise over $10,000 in the last 24 hours, but we had faith that our supporters would pull through. Thanks for your donations, thoughts, and prayers. We are now excited to work on some amazing projects that we believe will be a huge force for good. Thank you again and God bless.

There are times in our lives when we wonder if we were meant to follow our passions and live for something greater. “Dear Daniel” is a coming of age story of a young man, John Lee, who is trying to chase his dreams. But to do so, he must face and confront the most important people in his life. In the end, only he can choose the path he wishes to take.

Our goal with Dear Daniel is to empower young people who watch this film to chase their own dreams and live a life of passion. Too often we settle for less because of the many factors that tell us we need to play it safe and take the more conventional route. But this keeps us from actually becoming the person we are meant to be.

Since our arrival here in California, we’ve been both extremely busy and excited. Things are definitely different for us than they were back on the east and we’ve been taking some time adjusting by meeting some amazing people and just enjoying all the things this great state has to offer.

We’re also excited to finally release the Dear Daniel teaser. The actual film will come out next week! We feel so blessed that we are now able to put all our devotion into what we love and believe in. Thanks for the continual support!

Hey Tumblr! We decided to leave our jobs/school to pursue the Jubilee Project full time!

This is a dream come true for all three of us and we never thought we would make it this far. However, this is only the beginning. We will be working on a documentary to End AIDS. Learn more about our film and help fund our project: http://jubileeproject.causevox.com/

We hope you guys can fund us with donations but you can also support us by liking and reblogging this post, telling your friends about Jubilee Project, and keeping us in your thoughts and prayers as we dedicate the next part of our lives helping to end AIDS.

A big thank you to all our supporters. This could have never happened without you.

Silence of Love - It’s an oldie but a goodie. We love shorts like this one because it demonstrates the power of great story-telling. It’s also a great reminder to be thankful for our families.

Anonymous asked: Hello the people of Jubilee Project, your video "Back to Innocence" captivated me. I cried, I howled and wept. I really think it isn't by coincidence that I stumbled upon this video as there has been a lot of things that have been going on and I feel compelled to do something about the issue of sex trafficking. There are a lot of things that I would really like to discuss about. Do you have an email address that I can send to? From, a Malaysian student.

Thanks for your support. This is exactly what we hoped to achieve with this film. Sex trafficking is serious both here in the U.S. and abroad and we need more people like you to take a stand. You can contact us here. Thanks again!

Watch our latest video about domestic sex trafficking.

The Jubilee Project produced this film to give voice to the millions of children who are forced and manipulated into sex trafficking every year. This film was inspired by the real injustices that children have to face, even in the United States. The goal of this film is to empower viewers to learn more about this important cause and to take action to help end sex trafficking. Join us in shining a light on this darkness and share this film with others.
